Blackville Splashdown Set for Saturday, July 20

The Blackville Firemen’s Club will host their annual fundraising canoe run, “Splashdown” on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from the mouth of the Cains River to the Blackville Municipal Park.

Registration and poker hands ($10 per hand and includes a burger and pop) will begin at 11:00am prior to the run at the mouth of Cains.

There will be a bbq at the halfway point. Burgers and hot dogs will be available to purchase. Come on out, enjoy the river and support our local firemen.

Blackville Minor Baseball Retires Thomas Dunn Jersey Number

Blackville Minor Baseball honoured the memory of Thomas Dunn by retiring his jersey number from their program last weekend.
