Laurie-ann Connors will host a free Sound Healing Meditation Session on Tuesday, April 9 at 6:30pm at the Blackville Community Centre.

Laurie-ann will guide the group through a visualization to help you connect within yourself. With the help of sound, drumming and sacred geometry this session will help clear and balance the mental, spiritual and physical bodies.

If you plan to attend, please bring a blanket and pillow and a mat to lay on. If you are unable to lay down, you can also remain seated on a chair. Water will be provided.

Laurie-ann Connors is a Holistic Practitioner who specializes in Metaphysical Healing & Couselling. She facilitates and conducts energy through sound, touch and sacred geometry.

This session is in partnership with the Blackville Mango Health & Wellness committee.
